As born and raised South County (Oakville) locals, we grew up in a community where hard work and helping your neighbors went hand in hand. about the team behind pure home & co
tell us about the owner.
Pure Home & Co. is owned and operated by Oakville resident and community man, Nick Bievenue.
Born and raised up and down the South County area playing baseball, hockey, soccer and more, Nick also fell in love with home maintenance doing projects like finishing his childhood basement with his dad and admiring his grandfathers’ workshops and greenhouses.
When it came time to go to college and pick a field of study, Nick graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from Missouri State University, where he was actively involved in Phi Delta Theta Fraternity as Sports Chair & Event Coordinator and ALS Philanthropy. His education provided him with hands-on experience in pre-construction planning, project execution, and close-out processes, which he has applied throughout his career.
Nick then spent 10 Years as a professional Estimator and Project Manager for the leading electrical construction company in the greater Saint Louis/Midwest region where he further honed his leadership skills at the Construction Leadership Institute at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, where he worked alongside industry professionals to implement best practices and strengthen his expertise in project management.
Nick has always been very hands on and each home he has owned has been customized and turned into his family’s vision with his hard work and passion (and a little help from his wife and family).
The love and devotion Nick has to project management, budgeting, scheduling, and bringing visions to life with beautiful and complete projects is unmatched.
